As a professional teacher, mentor, and facilitator working with children and adults in North and West Vancouver, BC for over 20 years, as well as a musician, singer, and song-writer, I have always been passionate about nurturing growth, creativity, and connection in others. Now as a Registered Professional Counsellor Candidate (RPC-C) and fully practicing member of the Canadian Professional Counsellors Association (CPCA), I use a person-centered, trauma-informed approach with a spiritual lens to help individuals work through the feelings of disconnection and isolation that can come from living with diagnosed or undiagnosed ADHD.
Having recently become aware of my own ADHD tendencies, and having spent many years working on my mental, emotional, and spiritual health with the support of some amazing counsellors and mentors, I now support individuals who similarly struggle with the impact of ADHD, early life challenges, and ancestral traumas on their relationships with themselves and others.
It is hard to see the path ahead when we are feeling disconnected, and based on both my personal experience and professional training, I truly believe that gaining a deeper understanding and awareness of your inner world can help you develop greater self-compassion and connection so you can move forward with more confidence and ease in all areas of your life.
