Many adults who struggle with social and relationship anxiety are carrying layers of unseen challenges like late-recognized neurodivergence (ADHD and/or Autism), cultural expectations, or early experiences that shaped how safe it feels to be fully yourself.
These patterns can leave you second-guessing your every move, overthinking conversations, or feeling isolated even around people you care about.
You don’t need to “fix” yourself. Together, we can uncover what’s underneath the anxiety with compassion and curiosity, and help you break out of old patterns through creating new ones.
Counselling can help you move from self-doubt to self-trust and from feeling hidden to feeling seen.

For over 20 years I have worked with adults and children as a teacher, mentor, and facilitator. I know how isolating it can feel to appear put together while struggling inside.
Being a second-generation immigrant and someone who recognizes my own AuDHD (Autistic + ADHD) traits, I also understand what it’s like to feel caught between two worlds, trying to belong while staying true to yourself.
Having walked this path myself with the support of some amazing counsellors and mentors, my role now as a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor (RTC) with ACCT and a Master Practitioner in Clinical Counselling (MPCC) Provisional with the CPCA is to walk beside you as you uncover what’s been getting in the way of connection and help you reconnect to your own wisdom, confidence, and ease.

In our sessions, we’ll create space for you to explore your thoughts, emotion, and patterns at your own pace. You’ll learn how to trust your inner experience, communicate your needs clearly, and build relationships that feel genuine and mutual.
I use an integrative approach drawing from attachment theory, Internal Family Systems (parts work), somatic awareness, transpersonal (spiritual), and person-centered therapies – always tailored to your needs.

Sessions are offered via secure video for adults across Canada.

This short 20-minute meet and greet is offered free of charge so I can learn how best to support you.
Individual Counselling Session - $150
I can offer 55-minute virtual sessions weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly depending on your needs.

Many extended health plans (including Pacific Blue Cross, Manulife, and Sunlife) provide coverage for my services.
